How to add and link a guardian
- Open the student profile.
- In the Guardians section, click Add guardian.
- Search for an existing guardian, or click Create new.
- Set the relationship (parent, guardian, etc.) and primary contact flag.
- Click Save.
How to send a guardian’s login
- Open the guardian profile.
- Click Resend invite.
Notes
- One guardian can be linked to multiple siblings.
- Mark exactly one guardian as primary contact for billing.
- Guardian email and phone are used for notifications and receipts.
Troubleshooting
- Guardian not receiving SMS/email? Confirm contact details are correct and the notification module is active.
- Linked to wrong child? Unlink from the student profile, not by deleting the guardian.
