How to publish

  1. Open the Report Cards list.
  2. Filter to Draft cards for the term and grade.
  3. Click Publish all (or open a card and click Publish).
  4. Confirm.

Notes

  • Once published, edits require unpublishing first.
  • Republished cards email a new PDF to guardians.

Troubleshooting

  • Guardians not notified? Confirm their email is correct and notifications module is active.
