How to add a grade level
- Go to Settings → Curriculum → Grade Levels.
- Click New grade level.
- Enter the name and order (e.g. Grade 5, order 5).
- Click Save.
Notes
- Order controls how grades appear in dropdowns and reports.
- You cannot delete a grade level that has students — archive instead.
Troubleshooting
- Grade not in student form? Confirm it isn’t archived.
