Grade levels are the rungs of your school (e.g. Grade 1, Form 2, PP1). They determine which subjects, assessments, and timetables apply.

How to add a grade level

  1. Go to Settings → Curriculum → Grade Levels.
  2. Click New grade level.
  3. Enter the name and order (e.g. Grade 5, order 5).
  4. Click Save.

Notes

  • Order controls how grades appear in dropdowns and reports.
  • You cannot delete a grade level that has students — archive instead.

Troubleshooting

  • Grade not in student form? Confirm it isn’t archived.
