How to create an event

  1. Go to Events.
  2. Click New event.
  3. Enter title, date/time, and location.
  4. Pick the audience (whole school, grade, role, or specific list).
  5. Choose reminder timing.
  6. Click Save.

Notes

  • All-day events skip start/end times.
  • Reschedules trigger a new notification.

Troubleshooting

  • Wrong audience notified? Edit and re-save; only new attendees are notified.
