Elimu Bora generates reports across all the major areas of school management so you can review performance, track finances, and monitor stock without building spreadsheets manually. Reports are available in PDF or Excel format and are accessible from the Reports menu within each section of the system.
Large reports — such as inventory movements or full payment histories — are generated in the background. When the report is ready, you’ll receive an in-app notification with a download link. For smaller reports, the download starts immediately.
Academic reports give you a clear view of student performance and assessment outcomes.Report CardsEach published report card is available as a PDF for individual students. The report card includes:
  • Grades for every subject in the assessment
  • Attendance figures for the assessment period
  • The student’s class rank and position out of total students in the stream
  • Teacher and principal remarks
To download a report card, go to Academics > Report Cards, find the student, and click Download.Assessment Performance OverviewThis report shows grade distribution at the class level, broken down by subject. Use it to identify subjects where many students are struggling or to compare performance across streams.To access it, go to Academics > Reports > Assessment Performance Overview.
